Q: What’s a random skill most people don’t know about you? I’m kind of a walking Shazam. Nearly any song from the 60s-80s, I can name the song and band within the first few seconds.

Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? It would have to be in Greece, probably either Athens or maybe Delphi. Being able to explore the ancient temples and ruins would be a real treat.

Dr. Fox hails from the Shenandoah Valley up in Virginia. He played tennis and received his Bachelors in Greek and Latin at Hampden-Sydney College. This makes him one of the few people who can say both “It’s all Greek to me” and “It’s like pulling teeth” as a positive. Afterwards, he moved to Baltimore for dental school at the University of Maryland. While there he quickly realized he was meant to be in the South.

Following that notion, he continued his dental education with a program in Advanced General Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia. After spending time in private practice, he is excited to be part of the FDH family. He understands that there are plenty of folks with some degree of anxiety with the dentist and is happy to sit down and have a down to earth conversation about each person’s treatment needs or questions.

Dr. Fox is settling into the area with his long time girlfriend, Alise and their fur baby, Snead. In their off time you’ll usually find the three of them hiking around Paris Mountain. If not there, Zach and Alise are likely out enjoying a round of golf. Last but not least, it has to be mentioned that Dr. Fox is a life long Braves fan and after many years of disappointment, he is proud to say Go Braves!
