Q: What do you love most about being a dentist? Being able to build wonderful relationships with my patients. Over the years, we have all laughed together and cried together while always giving each other love and encouragement.

Dr. Kimberly Holliday grew up in Piedmont, South Carolina where she graduated from Wren High School. She then moved from the upstate to attend the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina and pursued an undergraduate degree in biology. Upon graduation in 1990, Dr. Holliday worked for the next year as a teller for First Citizens Bank in downtown Charleston. Knowing that her passion was in healthcare, she ultimately decided to attend the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dental Medicine and graduated in the spring of 1995. After graduation, Dr. Holliday furthered her dental education by completing a one-year residency at MUSC in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 1996.

After meeting her husband, Winston, on the beach of Sullivans Island, they decided to move to Columbia, South Carolina to start their careers. Dr. Holliday worked as an associate in a private practice for over 5 years before deciding to start her practice in 2001. She has enjoyed the very personal relationships she has with her patients for over the past 26 years and looks forward to many more.

In 2022, Dr. Holliday decided to join Family Dental Health. She is excited for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing organization whose primary focus is outstanding patient care.

Dr. Holliday enjoys hanging out with her husband and kids (Lauren, Jack, and James), running, reading, cooking/baking, and TRAVEL!
